We use the term "you" generally to refer to all users of the NetCast Offerings, NetCast Customers, and NetCast page Visitors. We use the terms "NetCast Customer" and "NetCast page Visitor" for any NetCast Customer-specific or NetCast page Visitor-specific terms.

By visiting or using all or any part of the NetCast Offerings or any NetCast page, you consent to this Privacy Policy.

NetCast Page Visitors

All NetCast pages link to this Privacy Policy because we collect, use, and retain all information, including Personal Information and Usage Data, that NetCast page Visitors share with or otherwise make available via NetCast pages. For instance, a NetCast page Visitor can elect to follow a NetCast page via email, RSS feed, or Twitter, in which case we will collect and store your email address or Twitter account name. When a NetCast page Visitor provides its contact information, this information is collected and stored by us, but is shared with the particular NetCast Customer. Similarly, at some point, we may require NetCast page Visitors to register on a NetCast page. Such registration information would be collected and stored by us and shared with the applicable NetCast Customer. This Privacy Policy, however, only covers OUR information privacy practices with respect to the information we collect via NetCast pages. NetCast Customers may have different privacy policies and practices. We require NetCast Customers to take certain affirmative steps to protect Personal Information collected via NetCast pages and to comply with all applicable privacy laws and regulations. However, NetCast does not control NetCast Customers and is not responsible for their actions, including their compliance with privacy laws. We suggest that NetCast page Visitors check with each NetCast Customer regarding its privacy policies and practices before using the NetCast Customer's NetCast page.
