| Senior Network Engineer |
| netsense is looking for a highly-skilled and professional senior-level engineer who has 7+ years experience in the IT industry to join our team. The successful candidate must be highly proficient in the latest technologies including virtualization, centralized storage and advanced networking. Experience and Certifications are a MUST. |
- Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Lead project team in developing, implementing and supporting infrastructure technologies for our customers.
- Provide technical support and problem resolution on moderately complex issues in one or more of the following areas: servers, virtualization, networking and storage.
- Manage projects and assist in resolving issues and planning for new applications and services.
- Identify and recommend opportunities to improve and enhance solutions to customers.
- Provide technical direction and training to more junior Technical Services personnel.
- Provide Sales Engineering and Design Support.
- Perform other duties as required.
- Requirements
Bachelors in Computer Science, related field or equivalent experience.
- One or more Microsoft Certifications.
- Education in one or more of the following:
- Certifications in VMware (VCP or higher) and/or Citrix XenDesktop and XenServer.
- Training or Certification in Centralized Storage solutions. NetApp is a plus.
- Training or Certification in Routing and Switching Technologies (Cisco, Juniper or Extreme preferred).
- Training or Certification in Firewall Technologies (Sonicwall or Juniper preferred).
- Professional Skills:
- Effective communicator with dynamic personality for client and internal interactions.
- Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
- Highly motivated and always willing to go beyond what is minimally required.
- Strong work ethic and business etiquette.
- Ambitious attitude and thirst for learning.

- Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Project management (including scope definition) for website development projects
- Developing and deploying custom websites utilizing HTML, CSS, and content management systems (especially Drupal)
- Maintenance of existing websites per client requests
- Requirements
- At least 2 years of web development work experience
- Experience in CSS, HTML, and Content Management Systems
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Professional pride, strong work ethic and excellent communication skills
- Willingness to work occasional nights, weekends or extended hours as necessary
- Knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and experience in graphic design and Drupal a plus
- Experience with PHP and ColdFusion programming languages a plus

The successful candidate will work directly with the Director of Technology to coordinate client needs as it is related to business operations.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Help Desk Administration
- Client Site Support
- Installation and Support
- Implementing all facets of networks using Microsoft and other operating systems, including physical layer, cabling,
administration, workstation configuration, and printing.
- TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, RDP, and Internet connectivity solutions.
- Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field plus 2+ years of IT-related work experience.
- Ability to provide top-level professional services to our clients.
- Professional pride, strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills.
- Experience with Terminal Services and/or technical certifications a plus.
- Self-provided transportation for daily travel to client locations.
