Level 1 Programmer

netsense is seeking a Level 1 Programmer to join our firm. The successful candidate should possess 3-5 years of hands on experience in developing web-based applications using Microsoft technologies on a distributed environment. The candidate will work closely with our clients to manage all phases of the programming projects.
  • Responsibilities
    Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
    • Designing and developing e-commerce solutions, websites, custom applications, and other programming projects.

  • Requirements
    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering or related field plus 3 - 5 years of programming work experience.
    Experience in graphic design with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Corel Draw, Photopaint, Ms SQL Server with stored procedures, Access, Visual Studio 6 and Visual Studio.Net.
    Working knowledge of Windows, IIS5, IIS6, asp, asp.Net, HTML, DHTML, Css, Xml, Xsl, JavaScript, VBScript, VB.Net/C#, .NetFramework, OOP, and programming algorithms.
    Ability to perform testing and debugging.
    Professional pride, strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills.
    Willingness to work occasional nights, weekends or extended hours as necessary.

Level 2 IT Technician

netsense is seeking a Level 2 IT Technician to join our team. The prospective candidate should have an aptitude and interest, backed by education and experience, in technical leadership related to business applications, training, project management and various corporate technology needs. The successful candidate will work directly with senior management to coordinate corporate needs related to business operations.
  • Responsibilities
    Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
    • Identifying IT solutions to improve overall process effectiveness.
    • Implementing all facets of networks using Microsoft and other operating systems, including physical layer, cabling, administration, workstation configuration, and printing.
    • TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, RDP, and Internet connectivity solutions.

  • Requirements
    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field plus 5 years of senior IT leadership work experience.
    Ability to provide top-level professional services to our clients.
    Professional pride, strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills.
    Experience with Terminal Services and/or technical certifications a plus.
    Self-provided transportation for daily travel to client locations.
    Willingness to work occasional nights, weekends or extended hours as necessary.
